Hi! I'm Paul Wittreich, a bicyclist and a hiker, so come on in to my site. It will be worth your time.
I have written a number of books about my ventures that you might be interested in. I can take you by bike across America twice, once through mid-USA and once along a southern route, coast-to-coast, plus from the Canadian border to the Gulf of Mexico following the Mississippi River. The latter two trips were on a tandem bicycle.
In addition, I have done a solo bicycle journey across Canada from the Pacific, 4,400 miles, to the Atlantic and to the end of the Trans-Canada Highway, Mile 0, in St. John's, Newfoundland.
Before I climbed aboard a bicycle, I had a backpack on when I hiked the length of the Long Trail in Vermont and then went end-to-end on the Appalachian Trail. The journey took many years but the goal was reached after 49 separate hikes.
In my spare time, I had the opportunity to write and illustrate a children's book. This book I would also like to share with you.
